Mandatory Gear List

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the mandatory gear list.

• Proper Snowmobile Clothing

Base clothing- When exposed to the cold, especially when riding in the outdoors during winter, layered clothing is highly advisable. Shirts or jerseys and pants designed to keep your body dry and comfortable is a first line of defense.

Mid-layer clothing- usually in the form of fleece jackets, pants, shirts and vests will allow you a comfortable and breathable protection.

Outer layer (Jackets, pants or bibs) - Jackets and pants made from a waterproof material will ensure you stay dry and warm.

Boots- will keep your ankles supported; your feet warm and give you traction in the snow.

Helmet- proper helmet will allow you to have airflow while keeping you warm. They should fit well and be comfortable and allow for good visibility. All helmets used for snowmobiling should meet or exceed United States DOT standards for safety and durability.

Goggles- they keep your face warm, your vision clear, and your face protected from flying debris - extra pair recommended.

Balaclava -recommended

Gloves- will keep your hands warm and dry while ensuring the outer portion enables a firm, non-slip grip on the handlebars. Extra pair is recommended.
