TESTIMONIALS

The staff at NLRC are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They conduct their classes in a safe environment and have the wisdom not to push a student beyond what the student is willing or able to do. They are truly there for you and will not waste your time by “showing off” their skills just to prove how good they are. Most of what they teach doesn’t come from a book – it comes from years of experience and refining methods to determine what works and what doesn’t. The avalanche training and snowmobile drills are specific, practical, and applicable to the real world.

“Teaching me things like being prepared, the right gear, what to do in an emergency, looking ahead, things that you need....essentials. Can’t get this anywhere else, thanks guy’s!”

“I was brought up to speed on certain aspects of my riding that I was unaware of....and as the clinic progressed the input from both the instructors allowed me to maximize my capabilities.”

“l was able to apply what I learned at your clinic in my last few rides and keep in mind what you said about not using the mountain bar looking ahead. I would for sure like to stay in contact and do the clinic again!”

“After a couple of days I feel a lot more confident...not afraid of the hills, not afraid of the trees. It’s definitely made me appreciate the snow more and I can’t wait to come back!”
Grant Robb.

“In three days the sport is just a completely different sport for me! I’m more confident, have more control, and on top of that, it is now become fun where as I would have probably given up on snowmobiling because riding trails and digging out the machine wasn’t working. Great experience!”

“Just came to learn some different skills, something I thought I could never do before. I’m glad I came man It’s unreal! Night and day from where I was!”

“In all seriousness, this was the best money I’ve ever spent on sledding. It took me from a two year beginner to....I don’t think I would have been here in ten years. We are going places I would never have dreamed of in total control. I’m really happy with it!”

“I came to Next Level to learn to side hill in control and in three days I pulled it off! Trying to go through the gates on a drastic side hill was challenging, just getting that turn and learning to commit. Staying in control, looking ahead, stopping in the middle to get your act back together, and keep going! Thrilling!”

Kevin Lassonde 35 Pittsburg, NH I came to NEXT LEVEL to further my backcountry skills that I already do here in the north east. While being instructed by true professionals, probably the toughest part of the clinic was making the commitment , and keeping the "box". By the end of day 3, we really felt lots of progress and also weary muscles, to say the least! After attending NEXT LEVEL, I was so much more confident with steep terrain and side hilling. I WOULD and HAVE seriously recommended this 3 day "boot camp" to anyone who wants to strengthen their skills as a backcountry or mountain rider. I was defiantly worth the expense.

I came to NLRC not sure of what to expect not having ridden in this type of terrain before, but kept and open mind hoping to learn as much as possible. I also wanted to learn how to ride the proper way and to get rid of “the bad habits” that we all have. Both Dan and Scott, the instructors, were great guys to learn from, they were very patient and professional. The techniques I learned I would never even have tried them, after learning them I will be able to do a lot more back country riding that I wouldn’t have attempted before this class. I think the most challenging part was to look ahead, commit, and hold your self in the box form. I would love to go back after practicing and go threw the class again. Great experience Thanks again!!
