07' Dodge Ram Diesel Truck Build

I am a professional snowmobiler living in the Rocky Mountains near Jackson Hole, Wyoming where trucks have to be purpose built to get the job done.  I use my truck to haul sleds in the winter and boats in the summer. I need it to be reliable as I use it as a daily driver for construction and other work related applications but I still want it to look good in the process.  Throttle Down Kustoms gave the truck the tough look with bumpers that mean business. The KORE pre-runner suspension lift with Fox Racing 2.5” reservoir shocks up front and 2” reservoir shocks in back give the truck it’s mean stance.  Along with the lift the 17” MKW Alloys “M26” wheels that were powder coated flat black are matched to a set of 285 Toyo MT’s.  N-Fab outfitted the dually with a set of steps that I customized a little and once again had powder coated flat black to keep my overall theme of the truck going.  Signature Signs wrapped the truck with flat black vinyl and free-handed the bottom part to give the truck it’s unique look.  Sponsor logos give props to those involved.  The Toy Up Industries Sled Deck also in black enables me to get my snowmobiles off the snow and out of harms way.  A  custom grille, spray in liner, blacked out cab, fender, headlight, and taillights complete the exterior of the truck.  Powerlabs Diesel of Idaho Falls, Idaho installed a new Dynomite Diesel Performance "Challenger 45" turbo with a set of 90 horse injectors.  Other engine modifications are a CFM intake manifold for improved air flow, an AFE stage 2 intake, and Edge Juice with “Hot Unlock.”  An Air Dog fuel system keeps #2 diesel flowing to the injectors while a Boondocker Nitrous set up gives me added horsepower when necessary.  MBRP handled the exhaust with a Hushpower muffler that gave the truck it’s rumble.  All of the trucks’ upgraded power is transferred to the ground through an ATS billet transmission.  The transmission is complete with everything from a billet flex plate to the CO-Pilot controller for torque converter lock up.  Mag-Hytec front and rear diff. covers complete the package.  The interior of the truck remains fairly stock with the exception of a Clarion DVD head unit, 2 10” Crossfire  subs in a custom enclosure, a Crossfire amp, and an S50 Sirius radio controller.  My Edge A2 with back up camera and GPS give me the truck’s vitals and the tinted windows keep the cab protected and dark on those summer days.  All in all, the truck has near 500 hp and has all the reliability I would expect from the aftermarket parts I’ve used.  I plan on continuing this build so stay tuned to this page as I will be updating it regularly.  To all my sponsors that have helped me with this project I thank you for your support and will be blowing smoke in your honor wherever my next adventure takes me!!!
