Let the experienced crew at Next Level Riding Clinics take the time to both explain and demonstrate the importance of understanding avalanche conditions and knowing your equipment. These one day courses will provide enough information to get you and your riding partners ready for the upcoming season and how to stay safe in the backcountry. The course consists of in shop and on snow training. Each class begins with a morning presentation at the NXT LVL shop, followed by hands on training in the backcountry throughout the afternoon. The morning training session covers avalanche conditions, weather and the local forecast, as well as terrain decision making. Avalanche equipment and survival gear will be talked about, practiced with and tested prior to heading into the backcountry. Once in the backcountry, riders will be asked to perform a series of avalanche scenarios and will fully cover the use of equipment and methodology. At the end of the day these courses will help riders prepare themselves for their next adventure. Leaving them with a strong sense of avalanche knowledge and understanding. An absolute must for the beginner to advanced rider.
